Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Colorado Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Summary

As an LCSW working remotely, you’ll provide therapy that’s goal-based and trackable—supporting clients through assessment, ongoing treatment, and measurable progress. You’ll focus on consistent sessions, clear documentation, and coordinated care when referrals or additional resources are needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy through telehealth with a consistent weekly caseload
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical documentation
  • Develop and revise treatment plans based on progress and client feedback
  • Provide support around coping skills, behavior change, and stability planning
  • Maintain compliance with documentation timelines and standards
  • Identify community resources and coordinate referrals when appropriate

Requirements

  • Active Colorado license as LCSW (in good standing)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Experience providing clinical therapy services (telehealth welcome)
  • Knowledge of crisis protocols, screening, and referral pathways
  • Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a remote team
