Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Montana

Position Overview

This role is ideal for clinicians who value structure and reliability. You will deliver therapy to adults in a remote setting, focusing on practical interventions, continuity of care, and long-term client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual psychotherapy sessions
Create and adjust individualized care plans
Document sessions in line with state standards
Identify clinical risks and follow care protocols
Coordinate services when referrals are needed

Requirements

Active Montana LCSW license
Master’s degree in Social Work
Experience in mental health treatment settings
Comfort using electronic health records
Strong organization and time management
