Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Berkeley, CA
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $110,000–$125,000 per year, plus health insurance and full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
This position supports individuals navigating mental health challenges through evidence-based therapy within a community clinic environment. You’ll play a key role in improving access to care while maintaining a manageable and predictable schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health therapy services
- Perform biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards
- Coordinate care with internal and external service providers
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical discussions
Requirements
- Active California LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience in community health or outpatient settings
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
