Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW

Location: MontanaSetting: Remote/TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 to $120,000 a yearSchedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:We are hiring an LCSW to provide virtual behavioral health services in a structured full-time role. This position involves working directly with clients to assess concerns, provide therapy, guide treatment, and maintain detailed records. The role is well suited for a clinician who values organized care delivery, steady scheduling, and effective therapeutic work in a telehealth environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one therapy through video-based sessions
Assess mental health needs and establish clinical recommendations
Develop treatment strategies tailored to each client
Complete progress notes and required clinical records on time
Monitor treatment effectiveness and support goal tracking
Recognize urgent clinical concerns and respond appropriately

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active LCSW license in Montana
Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms
Excellent communication and time management skills
