Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: HawaiiSetting: Remote / Telehealth

Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Description

This role offers licensed clinical social workers the opportunity to provide therapy through a fully remote model. Your work will focus on assessment, intervention, and ongoing support for individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges, all within a structured telehealth framework.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation
Evaluate client progress and modify interventions
Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
Communicate effectively with internal support teams

Requirements

Active LCSW license in the state of Hawaii
Master’s degree in Social Work
Experience in clinical mental health services
Strong written communication and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
