Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: IndianaSetting: Remote/TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 to $120,000 a yearSchedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:This position is focused on providing virtual therapy and clinical support to clients managing a range of mental health needs. You will evaluate presenting concerns, deliver therapy, document care, and guide clients through practical treatment goals over time. The role combines clinical independence with a predictable weekday structure, making it a strong fit for therapists who want steady, focused work in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide telehealth therapy sessions for clients with varying mental health needs
  • Complete intake evaluations and establish clinically appropriate care plans
  • Maintain detailed progress notes and treatment documentation
  • Review client response to treatment and adjust goals when needed
  • Apply evidence-based interventions in individual therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with internal or external care partners when appropriate

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing
  • Previous experience in psychotherapy, behavioral health, or clinical counseling
  • Strong organizational and case documentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism in virtual care
  • Working knowledge of telehealth tools and electronic documentation systems
