Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | Remote

Location: New MexicoWork Setting: Remote / TelehealthEmployment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMSalary: $100,000–$120,000 per year + comprehensive benefits

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed clinical social worker to provide behavioral health services to clients throughout New Mexico through telehealth. This position is focused on direct clinical care, care planning, and coordination of services in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will manage client needs from assessment through ongoing care while maintaining accurate records and effective communication with relevant providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual clinical assessments and individual therapy sessions
  • Develop individualized care plans based on client needs
  • Monitor client needs and provide appropriate follow-up
  • Coordinate services with community providers and internal clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
  • Communicate relevant care updates with appropriate members of the care team
  • Protect client confidentiality and follow applicable professional standards

Requirements

  • MSW degree + active LCSW license in New Mexico
  • A minimum of 2 years’ field experience
  • Confidence working independently in a virtual setting
  • Strong communication and case documentation skills
