Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: OklahomaPosition Type: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

As a Remote LCSW, you will deliver therapy services to clients through a secure telehealth platform. This position centers on clinical care, documentation, and continuity of treatment. Administrative support is provided so you can focus on client outcomes.

Core Duties

  • Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions
  • Perform psychosocial assessments
  • Create and update treatment plans
  • Document sessions according to clinical standards
  • Track client progress and outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

  • Active LCSW license in Oklahoma
  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Clinical experience in behavioral or mental health settings
  • Ability to manage a full caseload remotely
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records
