Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: ArkansasSetting: Remote/TelehealthJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

A remote opportunity is available for an Arkansas-licensed Clinical Social Worker. You will provide therapy, complete intakes, manage care plans, and support clients as they work through mental health and life challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth counseling services
  • Complete intake evaluations
  • Develop treatment plans based on client goals
  • Help clients manage stress, mood concerns, trauma, grief, and family issues
  • Maintain clear clinical records
  • Monitor progress and adjust care as needed

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Arkansas
  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Previous clinical therapy experience
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote role
