Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Naples, FLWork Setting: Remote / TelehealthPosition Type: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an LCSW who can provide steady, professional therapy services in a remote setting. Clients may come to care with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma history, relationship concerns, or major life changes. Your role is to assess where they are, provide treatment, and help them work toward realistic goals.
This is a client-facing telehealth position with a strong focus on quality therapy, complete documentation, and consistent follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote therapy services to clients through secure video sessions
- Conduct initial assessments and gather clinical history
- Identify client goals, barriers, and treatment needs
- Provide ongoing therapy and clinical support
- Maintain organized and accurate progress notes
- Update treatment plans as client needs change
- Use appropriate clinical interventions based on client presentation
- Follow all legal, ethical, and privacy requirements
- Escalate safety concerns according to clinical protocol
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
- Clinical experience providing therapy to adults, families, or varied client populations
- Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace
- Ability to work independently while staying clinically organized
- Excellent communication and professional judgment
