Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Oklahoma
Role Summary
In this role, you will deliver clinical mental health services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker using a telehealth model. You will support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions while maintaining a predictable schedule and manageable caseload. This position prioritizes quality care and professional sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Perform psychosocial assessments and clinical intakes
- Create treatment plans aligned with client needs
- Track outcomes and progress through proper documentation
- Coordinate care when referrals or resources are needed
- Maintain compliance with Oklahoma social work regulations
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience in clinical mental health treatment
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Reliable internet and private workspace
