Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Orinda, CA
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $110,000–$125,000 per year, plus health insurance and full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Overview
As an LCSW in this clinic, you’ll provide therapy services that help clients manage mental health challenges while navigating everyday life. The role blends clinical work with coordinated care, all within a structured outpatient setting.
Core Duties
- Provide individual therapy services
- Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical records
- Coordinate with medical providers and community resources
- Participate in clinical meetings and care planning
Requirements
- Active California LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience in community health or outpatient settings
- Comfort working with diverse populations
