Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Indiana
Position Overview
As a Telehealth Clinical Social Worker, you will provide therapy services to individuals and families while supporting care coordination and clinical oversight. This role blends direct client work with supervision responsibilities and suits clinicians who value structure and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
- Supervise associate-level clinicians and review documentation
- Ensure services align with Indiana clinical standards
- Coordinate care plans and referrals when needed
- Monitor client progress and update goals
Requirements
- Active Indiana LCSW license
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Experience in clinical mental health settings
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
