Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: OklahomaSetting: Remote/TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 to $120,000 a yearSchedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:An opening is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide full-time therapy services in a remote telehealth environment. This role focuses on helping clients navigate mental health concerns through assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing support. The day-to-day work is practical and client-centered, with a strong focus on clinical care, continuity, and measurable progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual intake appointments and regular therapy sessions
  • Assess emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs
  • Develop treatment plans and update them based on client progress
  • Maintain organized and timely progress notes
  • Provide clinically appropriate therapeutic support and interventions
  • Address crisis situations according to established procedures

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
