Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: Arkansas
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring an Arkansas-licensed Clinical Social Worker to manage a defined telehealth caseload from intake through ongoing treatment. This role is responsible for delivering therapy sessions, completing required documentation, maintaining treatment plans, and ensuring continuity of care across scheduled visits. The position follows a consistent workflow with clearly assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain progress notes and documentation
- Track client progress and update care strategies
- Participate in internal clinical reviews as needed
- Follow Arkansas licensing and ethical requirements
Requirements
- Active Arkansas LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- At least 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience managing a steady caseload
- Familiarity with telehealth systems
