Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: ColoradoSetting: RemotePosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Summary
In this LCSW role, you will support clients managing mental health conditions, emotional stressors, and life challenges. The position emphasizes assessment, therapy, and progress tracking while allowing you to deliver care from a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy through secure virtual platforms
- Conduct client assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Create, review, and update treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records within the EHR system
- Coordinate referrals and additional services when needed
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active LCSW license in Colorado
- Clinical experience in behavioral or mental health services
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain productivity in a remote role
