Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-TimeLocation: UtahSetting: Remote/TelehealthSalary: $115,000 to $120,000 a yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job SummaryWe are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support clients across Utah through virtual care. This role focuses on assessing client needs, providing therapy, and guiding individuals and families through mental health challenges. You will help clients build practical coping strategies, track progress, and work toward meaningful improvements in their day-to-day lives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete clinical assessments and intake evaluations
  • Develop and update structured treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Monitor progress and adjust care approaches as needed
  • Coordinate with care teams and referral partners when appropriate

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Active LCSW license in Utah
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in mental health or counseling
  • Strong understanding of treatment planning and case management
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Experience with telehealth tools and EHR systems
