Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-TimeLocation: HawaiiSetting: Remote/TelehealthSalary: $115,000 to $120,000 a yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job SummaryWe are hiring a full-time LCSW to provide accessible care through telehealth. You will meet with clients virtually, assess their needs, and guide them through treatment plans designed to support real-life progress. This role offers a structured weekday schedule and a clear focus on clinical care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver scheduled virtual therapy sessions
  • Perform assessments and gather clinical information
  • Create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing therapy and support
  • Document sessions and maintain records
  • Help clients develop practical coping tools
  • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other providers
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical standards

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Active LCSW license in Hawaii
  • Experience in clinical or behavioral health settings
  • Strong understanding of therapy and treatment planning
  • Ability to manage workload independently
  • Familiarity with telehealth systems and documentation tools
