Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: ArkansasSetting: Remote/TelehealthJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients in Arkansas. You will help clients manage mental health concerns through assessments, treatment planning, therapy sessions, and consistent follow-up care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions
  • Complete clinical assessments
  • Create individualized treatment plans
  • Support clients with mental health and life challenges
  • Document sessions and progress updates

Requirements

  • Active LCSW license in Arkansas
  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Clinical experience in mental health or behavioral health care
  • Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
