Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Opportunity

Location: Connecticut (Remote/Telehealth)Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000/year + Full BenefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver therapeutic services remotely, assisting individuals in overcoming mental health challenges and enhancing their emotional well-being. This role offers the opportunity to work in a flexible, remote environment while making a tangible impact on the lives of clients through structured therapy and personalized support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide telehealth therapy to clients with a range of psychological and emotional challenges.
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
  • Record and track client progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide case management and resource referrals as necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Requirements

  • LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
