Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time telehealth position serving clients throughout New York. In this role, you will provide ongoing therapy, help clients build practical coping strategies, and support progress through thoughtful clinical planning. This is a strong fit for a therapist who values steady client care, organized systems, and a remote schedule that supports consistency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for adults, adolescents, or families
• Assess mental health needs and identify appropriate treatment approaches
• Create and maintain clear, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Document sessions and clinical updates in a timely manner
• Track client progress and modify interventions when needed
• Provide crisis support and referrals when clinically appropriate
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and professional standards

Requirements

• Active New York LCSW license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Prior psychotherapy experience in mental health or behavioral health settings preferred
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with telehealth systems and electronic documentation tools preferred
