Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Pennsylvania
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver virtual therapy and clinical support services to clients throughout Pennsylvania. This role emphasizes behavioral health assessment, ongoing therapy, and care coordination when needed. You will work with clients navigating emotional challenges, mental health conditions, and everyday stressors while maintaining a steady weekday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
- Create treatment plans that align with client needs and goals
- Document sessions in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams when care coordination is required
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Clinical experience providing mental health therapy
- Familiarity with telehealth and electronic documentation systems
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload independently
