Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Indiana

Job Summary

We are hiring an Indiana-licensed LCSW to deliver virtual therapy while supporting care coordination and clinical oversight. This position is designed for social workers who value organization, steady workflows, and clearly defined responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver telehealth therapy to individuals and families
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and care planning
  • Supervise associate clinicians and review documentation
  • Ensure services meet Indiana regulatory standards
  • Coordinate referrals and continuity of care
  • Monitor outcomes and update treatment plans

Requirements

  • Active Indiana LCSW license
  • Master of Social Work (MSW)
  • Clinical mental health experience
  • Prior supervision experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
