Licensure: Must hold a valid New York (NY) LCSW license. Must have active Medicaid and Medicare. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience. Language: Spanish preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard clinical documentation and telehealth platforms. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to patients and families. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations.
