Job Description

Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location:  Penn Yan, NY 14527

Pay: $56.00 per hour

Start/End Date:  26 wk contract- Will consider temp to perm.

Schedule:  M-F; hours will be between 8am - 7pm; On call rotations for off-shift/weekend/holidays.

Requirements:  Master's Degree + LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or LCAT license required. Must be familiar w/ NYS OMH requirements/should have prior NY work history. Experience with ages 5+

Notes:  Provides Crisis intervention to SSMH and GGH, and Counseling for JDK Outpatient
