Milestone LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality mental health services to our community. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients facing a range of mental health challenges. As an LCSW, you will engage in individual and group therapy sessions, offering support, guidance, and strategies for coping and recovery.

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health services preferred.

Excellent therapeutic and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
