Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker needed in Fort Plain, NY

Salary and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities

Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm) or 4 10s
Hybrid Schedule Available
Willing to work one evening a week (until 7PM)
Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services to clients age 5+ experiencing behavioral health challenges or substance use concerns.
Create customized treatment plans while working closely with medical and clinical partners.
Complete thorough evaluations and implement proven, clinically sound therapeutic approaches.
Document all services promptly and accurately within the electronic health record system, following state and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and respond to urgent client needs, including crisis situations.
Take part in regular supervision, training, and continuing education to strengthen skills and support long-term success.

Requirements

LCSW in the state of New York
Excellent verbal and written skills
