• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Current, unrestricted license to practice clinical social work independently in Arizona
• Minimum of one year of experience as an LCSW at the independent level
• Knowledge of DSM V diagnostic criteria and mental health assessment techniques
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment
• Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office programs
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association® or Red Cross®

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience implementing mental health treatment programs or Modified Therapeutic Community models
• Background in detention, correctional, or residential healthcare settings
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience providing telehealth or tele-behavioral health services

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience
• Prior experience working in detention or correctional facilities (preferred but not required)

Other Requirements:

• Ability to respond to medical emergencies and perform CPR
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, including rotational on-call duties
• Successful completion of background checks and favorable fitness determinations by the Department of Homeland Security
• Physical ability to perform activities such as walking, standing, bending, and emergency response actions
