- Comfortable, furnished offices in a welcoming environment
- Participate in the weekly Clinic Director (CD) meeting
- Provide weekly individual supervision and group supervision for master's level clinicians
- Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation
- Troubleshoot issues with our EHR (Valant) and billing
- Support clinic staff development
- Partner with CD to support administrative changes as needed
- Coordinate with CD to support the hiring process
- Assist CD with monitoring and managing clinic office schedules
- Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients and clinicians
- Maintain agreed upon clinical client caseload
- Serve as back-up for CD when they are out of the office
- Additional duties as assigned
- Clinical Psychologist Degree or equivalent (PhD)
- Independently licensed with a MA issued clinical practice license (we can help with getting licensed in MA - let's discuss)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Experience with Supervising Pre-Licensed Clinicians
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
