Aster Mental HealthAster Mental Health, a physician-founded and female-led private practice, is expanding and looking for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our supportive, client-centered team. This hybrid role includes both telehealth and in-person sessions at our bright, modern Peabody, MA office.Who We Are:At Aster Mental Health, we believe in empowering both our clients and our clinicians. - Flexible hybrid model: Telehealth + in-person (minimum 2 office days/week)
- Client mix: Adult individuals and/or adolescents
- Compensation: Starting at $80,000+ based on license, experience, and specialization
- Licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW)
- Experience providing individual, evidence-based therapy
- Skilled in diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Comfort with basic tech troubleshooting
