Compensation:$140,500+ commission at plan
Responsibilities:- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their commercial real estate needs are met with precision and care.
- Leverage our extensive network to identify and secure prime commercial properties that align with client goals.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house team to deliver seamless transactions and exceptional client experiences.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide clients with insightful, up-to-date advice.
- Negotiate lease and sale agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to effectively promote available properties.
- Conduct thorough property evaluations and prepare detailed reports to guide client decision-making processes.
- Must hold a valid California real estate license
- Should have at least 1 year of experience working in the Real Estate industry
- Excellent understanding of the local market in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently
- Strong focus on personal development and goal-oriented mindset; keen attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial
- Proficient in marketing and advertising practices
- Prior experience in Sales is a must, or a strong desire to learn
- A bachelor's or Associate's degree with state-mandated coursework in real estate is required
- Must be a people person
