LICENSED COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR: YOUR ROLE

As a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor, you consistently prepare engaging lesson plans and set up your classroom to welcome eager students. Throughout your day, you teach both the theoretical and practical aspects of cosmetology, expertly guiding students through hands-on practice on the Clinic Floor, where they provide real services to guests. You thrive in a high-energy environment, effortlessly multitasking as you nurture budding talent. Your passion for education and creativity shines as you engage students, ensuring they meet Paul Mitchell Schools standards. Organized and a team player, you excel in building relationships and managing classroom dynamics, always fostering a supportive and dynamic learning atmosphere.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM OUR LICENSED COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR

  • Delaware cosmetology license
  • Delaware instructor's license

WHEN YOU WILL WORK:

We offer a flexible schedule designed to ensure full coverage and work-life balance. You'll typically work Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 10 PM, with one required Monday evening shift from 5 PM to 10 PM per month.

We also offer split shifts from 8:30 AM to 5 PM or 12 PM to 10 PM to ensure full coverage and balance. You'll also work one evening per week.
