Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our agency. Youll support clients with policy questions, billing assistance, coverage updates, and general service needs. Your ability to build relationships, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Farmers Insurance systems (not required but a plus)
Bilingual abilities (if applicable)
Sales or retention experience

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and inoffice interactions
Assist clients with policy changes, coverage explanations, billing inquiries, and claims support
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Process payments, endorsements, renewals, and policy updates
Support the agency team with administrative tasks and followup
Identify opportunities for crossselling or upselling additional products (no cold calling required unless specified)
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, upbeat personality with a customerfirst mindset
High level of energy, professionalism, and reliability
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fastpaced environment
