Role Overview
We're looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player to join us as a part-time Customer Service Representative, working 25 hours per week in our office. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for our clients; helping them with their everyday insurance needs, from payments and policy questions to claims support. This is a great opportunity for someone who pays attention to detail, can work independently, and wants room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Use our AI-powered agent platform to manage day-to-day service tasks efficiently
- Speak with clients about their insurance needs, including payments, claims, and policy information
- Process Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) transactions on behalf of our insureds
- Respond to client questions and requests promptly, accurately, and with a service-first attitude
- Maintain accurate records and ensure policy details are entered correctly the first time
- Support agents and fellow team members to keep our workflow smooth and our clients happy
Requirements
What You Bring
- An active insurance producer license
- 3-5 Years prior experience in an insurance agency
- Familiarity with Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) processes
- Experience working with an agency management system
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right
- Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks with minimal oversight
- A friendly, professional phone manner and genuine care for customer service
- A collaborative, team-first mindset-happy to jump in and help each other out
- Reliability and flexibility within a 25-hour-per-week, in-person schedule (day shift)
- Comfort learning new software and tools (we are willing to train the right person)
