Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and service-driven health insurance agent to help individuals and families protect their financial future. In this role, you will educate clients on health and life insurance options, guide them through coverage choices, and help them select plans that best fit their needs and budget. You will build meaningful relationships, provide ongoing support, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the enrollment process and beyond.
Requirements
- Active Health and/or Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain, if applicable)
- Strong computer skills; comfort working in a digital environment
- Phone experience with excellent verbal and communication skills
- High personal integrity, character, and professionalism
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
- Coachable mindset with a passion for learning and personal growth
- Commitment to attending all required meetings and training sessions
