Licensed HVAC Service Technician | $100K+ | 100% Company-Paid Medical
About the Role
Already licensed in Connecticut and experienced in residential HVAC? Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who want $100K+ earning potential, year-round work, and a benefits package that includes 100% company-paid medical plan options.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- Active Connecticut HVAC license required (D2, S1, S2, or S10 - any one)
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and customer service skills
- This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle.
Service area includes Glastonbury, Hartford, Manchester, Wethersfield, Rocky Hill, Middletown, Newington, and surrounding Central Connecticut communities.
