Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker | Massachusetts

Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000/year + full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:We are currently seeking a compassionate LICSW for a full-time remote role offering telehealth services. This position will allow you to engage with clients, provide treatment, and contribute to their long-term mental health improvements—all while working from home.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality therapy to clients remotely
Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing assessments
Ensure all client records are accurate and maintained in accordance with state and federal regulations
Provide crisis management when needed, offering timely interventions
Collaborate with other clinical staff to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
LICSW certification in Massachusetts
At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
