Location: Rhode Island Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a remote outpatient telehealth role supporting Rhode Island clients. This position involves intake-to-ongoing therapy, structured documentation, and clinical follow-through. It’s a strong opportunity for clinicians who prefer a steady weekday schedule and clear expectations around workflow and quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth psychotherapy sessions to adult clients
- Complete initial assessments and ongoing clinical documentation
- Create and update treatment plans based on progress and clinical needs
- Maintain timely notes and records in the EMR
- Utilize evidence-informed modalities as clinically appropriate
- Assess risk and follow established crisis procedures when required
Requirements
- Active Rhode Island LICSW license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Outpatient mental health experience preferred
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines
