Job Description

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Location: Massachusetts

Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 annuallySchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

This role centers on delivering clinical social work services through a virtual care model. You will support clients managing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges while ensuring continuity of care through consistent scheduling and evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual therapy sessions remotely
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
  • Create and manage treatment plans aligned with client needs
  • Document sessions in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when needed
  • Ensure compliance with all telehealth and licensing requirements

Requirements

  • Active LICSW license in Massachusetts
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Experience providing clinical therapy services
  • Knowledge of virtual service delivery models
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
