Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Location: MassachusettsSetting: Remote / TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are recruiting a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Massachusetts. Your day-to-day work will include meeting with clients virtually, completing assessments, preparing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, remote work setting, and the opportunity to support clients through practical, ongoing mental health care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
  • Complete client assessments and identify treatment needs
  • Build treatment plans based on client goals and clinical concerns
  • Support clients with mental health symptoms, relationship stress, grief, trauma, and life transitions
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation

Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts LICSW license in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
