Job Description

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Salary and Benefits

Salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 based on experience
$5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient counseling and therapy services to individual patients
See approximately 7 to 8 patients per day
Collaborate with the care team and participate in integrated care planning
Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Greenway system)
Offer support to the substance use disorder program when needed
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule

Requirements

Master's degree in social work
Active LICSW license in the state of West Virginia
Experience with underserved populations preferred
Group therapy experience is a plus
