Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
Develop and present tailored insurance proposals, explaining coverage options clearly and concisely.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional relevant products and services to enhance client protection.
Process applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
Stay current with industry trends, product changes, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within insurance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A genuine desire to help people and a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a professional office setting.
Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
