Our Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Licensed Account Manager who brings great energy, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset.

This role is perfect for someone who is great on the phone, enjoys staying busy, and takes pride in doing things right.

Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage agency alerts and follow up with clients

Handle client communication regarding:

Billing questions

Missing documents

Underwriting requests

Policy updates or changes

Monitor brokered business alerts and renewals

Review policy renewals and identify coverage gaps or opportunities

Talk with clients regularly and provide a great service experience

Maintain organized files and detailed notes in our CRM

Answer incoming office phone calls with a friendly, helpful attitude

Support the Office Manager and team with day-to-day service needs

Requirements

Active California Property & Casualty License (required)

Life License preferred but not required

At least 1 year of office experience required

Insurance agency experience preferred

A positive attitude and a willingness to get things done
