Job Description

Our salary ranges from $36,000-$50,000 per year with monthly commissions. This is a Base + Commission role paid through W2.

OTE is $75,000/yr with the top 50% of reps hitting OTE

4 Day Work week

We are one of the fastest growing Farmers Insurance Agencies in the Midwest. We are looking to expand to 30+ staff by the end of 2026 and we would love for you to be a part of that growth!
