This position is base salary, plus commission and bonus opportunities!

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Advise clients on suitable insurance policies based on their unique needs and risks.
Develop personalized insurance plans, including property, casualty, and potentially other lines of coverage.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients remain adequately covered as their circumstances change.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and relevant regulations.
Assist clients with policy changes.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License (preferred but not required)

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer facing service role.

Strong understanding of various insurance products and policy structures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining complex information clearly.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
