Requirements: 
  • Goal oriented with a drive to succeed. 
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • People-oriented, outgoing and genuinely enjoy dealing with clients.
  • Ability to review policies and offer recommendations 
  • Ability to learn and embrace technology. 
  • Ability to laugh and have fun. 
  • Property & Casualty license. 
    • Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads, follow up with clients, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages and policy changes. 
  • Quote and Sell Insurance. 
  • Educate clients about coverages. 
  • Leads Provided. 
    • Compensation:
  • Salary plus Commission
  • In house training and education
