Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Producer to join our high-performing Allstate Agency's remote sales team ON-SITE. This is a true closing role not a dialing job!

Prosper with warm transfers from our internal telemarketing team

You focus on what you do best: closing and writing business

Compensation: With our systems and warm lead flow, producers have a clear path to exceed $50,000+ annually

MUST have property & casualty license!!

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Receive live transferred warm leads
Quote and sell auto, home and renter's insurance
Build rapport quickly and close business in real time
Follow up on warm opportunities when needed
Provide an excellent customer experience while meeting sales goals

Schedule: 8:30a-5:30p Monday to Thursday or 8:30a-5:30p Monday to Friday

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in sales or insurance closing
Strong ability to handle live conversations and objections
Confident closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Property & Casualty license
Self-motivated and results-driven
