Job Description
We're a growing Allstate agency in Venice, FL, looking for a Licensed Customer Service & Retention Specialist who genuinely loves taking care of people and is just as good at keeping the work moving. This is the person our clients trust: you handle their service needs, keep their coverage right, and make sure they stay with us year after year.
The right fit is warm but efficient. You care about every client, but you know the difference between truly helping someone and getting stuck in the weeds you triage, you prioritize, and you keep the whole book moving, not just the one account in front of you. You take pride in being organized, accurate, and dependable.
This is a stable, in-office career role for someone who wants to be excellent at client service and retention not a stepping stone to a sales seat. If protecting relationships and being the dependable backbone of a team is what you love, this is your seat.
