Salary Range: $33000.00 - $48000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in a friendly and helpful manner, answering questions about insurance policies.
- Assist with processing policy changes, payments, and claims inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
- Property & Casualty license is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with insurance products is beneficial but not required.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
