Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist clients with insurance questions, policy changes, and claim inquiries.
Policy Review: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage for their needs.
Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and ensuring timely resolutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients are satisfied with their policies and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
Continual Improvement: Stay current on insurance products and regulations to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
RequirementsLicensing: Active NY Property & Casualty License is required.
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in the insurance industry is required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately process information and maintain precise documentation.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet team goals and deliver exceptional service.
